WD如何砍头视频教程

how to kill the head;

1,before you want to kill the head,you should bankup all the firmware files you can.

2,select "action"---"flash operations"---"read from hdd"---"decode",andthe you should select the "use map",now you can kill the heads,if you want to onle keep head 0,the you should only select "H0".

3,after step 2 , you should change max lba,REFER TO THE VIDEO.

4,select :"action"--"super format "---"rebilud translator"

5.if step 4can not operation sucess.you should check the moudels , repairthem,after all are ok, do step 4 again.

6.if still can not do step 4 sucess.them you must write the full firmware(WDC_WD200BB-75AUA1_fcode_1810D-25.ffw) to the hdd.

7.check moudels ,then do step 4 again

8.ok


怎样砍头：
1。但你在砍头以前，你应该把能备份的固件都备份下来。
2。选择"action"---"flash operations"---"read from hdd"---"decode"。然后选择“USE MAP”。这时候你就可以开始砍头了。如果你只想保留0头，你这时候就应该在“0”打勾选择它，其他的就不要选了，总之你想保留哪个头就在哪个头上打勾。
3。做完第二步以后，你应该检查固件模块是否有问题，如果有问题要把所有的固件模块修复好（写入*.FFW文件和*.bla)。才能进行下一不的操作.
4。当确定所有固件都是好以后，你应该更改最大的LBA值（change max lba),具体操作参阅录象。
5。完成第四步以后，选择:"action"--"super format "---"rebilud translator"
6。格式化。
