希捷3500320NS，PCB短接后无法激活超级终端

按网上的资料，如果不短接PCB板的话无法修复固件门，PCB板号100475720，短接图说明，短接后，接电七至七秒电机停转，现在问题是，如果不短接，可以激活超级终端，但短接后，电机停转，CTRL + Z，超级终端无反应，求解决方法。谢谢大家
附短接说明如下：
